“I’ve danced with Deb for almost a decade and have such an intrinsic faith in her healing presence. She’s an anchor for me and many, of safety, compassion, humor and warmth. She’s a natural healer and is fluent in how bodies live, long and loosen. Her dance spaces are a natural extension of that presence; grounded, connected, and fun. Having grown up in vibrant community, you feel that spirit and invitation with Debi. Doesn’t hurt that she’s got amazing music and her own lifelong musicianship comes through in how she feels and shares music deeply. She’s a trustworthy, embodied witness and guide through even the most sensitive of terrains and gives that feeling of ‘no one is going to get left behind’. I really believe in Debi and what she’s up to and easily endorse her work and way.”

Movement

Explore the deep and transformative power of movement.

Through a fusion of conscious movement, somatic awareness and intuitive expression, Debi will gently guide you to connect deeply with your body and inner wisdom. Whether you’re looking to cultivate a sense of inner peace or simply enjoy the joy of movement, her classes/sessions offer a sanctuary for you to listen and explore. It’s more than just dance – it’s an invitation to rediscover the beauty of being fully present in your body and in the moment. No experience necessary.

Debi has trained under master embodiment teacher Ann Kite, who she has danced with for many years. She is available to lead both group and 1:1 sessions, the latter of which can be combined with bodywork modalities.
